Customer service is good. They were so nice and friendly! I got a pedicure and the lady was so sweet to let me know the color was too light and I love the honesty! And the light natural color. I got acrylic added to my 2 big toes and length was perfect! Just needs more practices on the sides and attention to detail one side came out so good! And the other not so well. I’d still come here!<3

Johnny and Christina (Owners), are amazing people who ensure the customer receives superior service and an overall excellent experience. Their integrity, kindness and pride of ownership is reflected in every aspect of their business. Regardless of who the technician is; the quality of the work far surpasses any other salon I have ever been to. I have not been to any other salon since I have been to Prim. I entrust them with my nails and my Mother's as well.
