“EDIT: As disappointed as I was at first they really made up for everything. The day after I posted this review I received a message from Tay apologizing and asking to fix my nails which was greatly appreciated. I went in today and had a much better experience than last. The process was much gentler and my nails feel more sturdy. A big thank you to Tay and the girl who did my nails (sorry I didn’t catch your name)! Definitely redeemed themselves!<br>I’m not usually one to make reviews or complain but I have been going to this salon for awhile now however I took a short break from getting my nails done (so I hadn’t been back in maybe 3-4 months) and upon my return I saw that none of the usual staff were there. Everyone was new. Wasn’t a big deal until the lady doing my nails was being extremely rough. I was visibly in pain (which in their defense I should have spoken up) and she just kept filling harder. After leaving the salon I noticed a couple of my fingers had cuts where the file was scraping my skin. I had my full set done on Tuesday the 23rd, it is Wednesday the 24th and I’ve already had a nail pop off. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I know they shouldn’t be popping off when I scratch my leg. That’s insane. After one day the $100 (including tip) I spent has already been basically ruined. Sad to say but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.”
