She listened to what I wanted (keep the length, blunt the ends), which was important to me after a bad haircut 4 months ago elsewhere. I want to grow my hair out again, but I also want to keep it healthy, so this trim was a minor change, but I'm VERY happy with the cut and the products Belle recommended.
