Hi, I’m one of your regular customers. I think the nail technicians do an amazing job, and everyone provides great nail services. However, I wanted to share some feedback about the receptionist, Zen.
Unfortunately, I haven’t had a positive experience with her customer service. She doesn’t make me feel welcomed, and she often comes across as unfriendly or like she doesn’t enjoy being there. I’ve noticed this both when the salon is busy and when it’s not. It sometimes feels like customer service isn’t a priority.

You can tell they didn't have enough staff for the day we walked in. But overall had a great experience. The person who did my pedicure started to open up towards later into the pedicure. My sister got her nails 💅🏻 done and really liked them 😀
Zen is the type of technician who makes you feel like you are in a high-end spa. I did Gel X and Builder Gel, Zen did it extremely well, each step was gentle but precise. The finished nails were thin, neat, and the shape was even. In addition, Zen was very cheerful, constantly asking customers to adjust the force. A perfect experience for those who like delicate care.
