From the moment I walked in, Zachary was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The customer service really stood out—He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.
Even though Zachary was busy, he still took the time to help me even though I was a walk in. He checked my prescription and even fixed the nose guard on my glasses, which I really appreciated. I would like to give a big compliment to the Vision Center Manager, Zachary Fields, for his outstanding help.
My daughter’s glasses had a broken frame leg, and her eye doctor appointment was still two weeks away. We really needed a quick solution. I visited several vision centers, and all of them told me there was nothing they could do and that we had to wait for a new prescription.
Then I came to this Walmart Vision Center, and Mr. Fields was incredibly kind and welcoming. He immediately said he could help solve the problem. Within about 10 minutes, he fixed the glasses by replacing the frame leg with one that was almost identical to the original....read full review
