“It is very hard to find reasonably priced glasses due to my prescription. The lenses are always the super costly part but I was able to go in with a specific price point and didn't feel pressured to pay more etc...I did take advice about scratch resistant coating and such...all said I walked out paying $30 over my ideal. I love the glasses and the folks at the store were super patient with my budget and also overall being picky about the frames. Again-I really appreciated not having the hard upsell. There was an issue when they arrived (small and mistakes happen)- which is why its a 4 star but- they fixed it promptly were patient when I was panicking and that is some awesome customer service. And glasses are super fantastic!”
