Use to have to wait forever to get called back . Not so much anymore. Their phone system is just horrible. One number you call it and can't leave a message. The other number you call it and leave a message and no one calls back. The doctors assistant was very nice she really went out of her way to be helpful. Doctor Danford was extremely nice and wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. Big improvement over the way they use to be.

This review doesn't include the medical staff but the 2 ladies at the front counter. Every time I have come in over the last two years, the two receptionists appear bothered by your presence & are less than helpful... I've been victim to them and watched the treatment to customers in-front of me. Today I stopped by, which the Dr. Informed me to do so I could grab a paper prescription.. not only were they unwilling to help, with no line at the counter, but the receptionist to her left called me a liar! Can't stand checking in here... but the medical staff in the back and Dr's are great! Twice this week 02/14 & 02-17!

World class docs from the best med schools at EyeHealth NW! You're in the best hands here. Never had a long wait before seeing my docs. Staff are always friendly and attentive. I had 3 successful major eye surgeries done by the best eye docs in NYC after a sports injury there. I trust the EyeHealth NW team to give me world class care!
