I was so happy to see Terra at the happy valley location she was so wonderful helping me in hazel dell when I lived in Vancouver. I broke my only pair of glasses and Terra being so wonderful fixed them so I would be able to see for two weeks while I wait for my new pairs. She also was able to find the same pair of frames that I love so I really appreciate that.
I booked a same-day appointment and Terra was so knowledgeable and an absolute joy! She made me so comfortable with every step of the process, and was very thorough with discussing the results of my exam in a way I've never experienced before. She also went ahead and tightened the screws on my loose glasses, which I super appreciate! I would strongly recommend working with her for your exams here.
