“This company is fantastic. We called the night before Easter when our electrical panel started sparking. We had lived in the house for 2 weeks and were first time homebuyers. We didn't even know if there was such a thing as 24 hour electricians. We searched online for a while and found CornerStone Electric. Thanks to the reviews we gave a call. They asked if we could wait until the morning, and we said we could as we had flipped the breakers that were giving us problems. They come out the next morning, Easter Sunday, get the job done and really did not charge us an arm and a leg. That earned our trust. We were told they are moving away from this company name and going to a company called Right Now Repair, or something like that. I need to look them up and I plan to use them in the future for many other projects.“

“I highly recommend John R. and Pacific NW Power Electric for generator installation. John walked me through every step he was going to take and every step I needed to take to save substantial money on installation and equipment costs. He even provided me with phone numbers to call for recommended natural gas contractors, the appropriate NW Natural gas department, and City inspectors to make it all happen. When wrinkles appeared in the timing he worked directly with the contractor and even helped with additional discounts and went well out of the way to accommodate timing constraints I had. Being a master electrician and private electrical inspector, he also checked my existing breaker panel installation for adherence to code, and was on hand when my usual electrician came out to correct a problem he identified. Five stars for installation quality and customer service!“

“Grant, with Viking electric, was scheduled for us by our realtor. He came out and fixed an outlet as well as grounded our unit (which had previously been ground to the main line we had replaced). It cost around $500. He seemed knowledgeable and competent. As a young female, I found him easy to talk to and he explained things to me without talking down to me. Grant even looked over our inspection report to tell us if he needed to come out for any other work. He said the rest of the work on the inspection report was minor and could be done by my father (who is an electrician).“

“These guys are amazing! 30+ years of exsperiance in commercial and industrial as well as all types of service work. They were quick to help in an emergency as well as general jobs. We had a very complicated controls system that was completely outdated. They tackled the project without any issues. Alot of our work is around hazardous environments and include anything from acid, high heat furnaces, and large scale jobs. These guys tackled it with no problems as well as a safe manner. They are always helpful when we run into a pinch or when something was missed and swoop in to save the day. The owners are just as nice and skilled as the workers. Very happy to have electric works on site with our guys anytime! The work and knowledge deffinantly came through. If you have any issues with their parking just call the company and they will have the van moved asap. Thanks again electric works!“

I sent out a request for a quote from 4 businesses and only got 1 reply back and that was from John at Phoenix. After I described what was going on he advised me to double check a connection and sure enough that's were my problem was. He didn't come out, didn't make any money off of me but yet he took the time to try and help me out on the phone and thus saved me a good $80 or more. Although I didn't have any service done from them per say, they will be on the top of my list to call if I ever need a electrician again!“
