Spark Dr. is a highly recommended electrical business, known for their friendly and efficient service. Vince, the electrician, is praised for his politeness, willingness to answer questions, and going above and beyond to help his clients. He provides valuable safety advice in an easy-to-understand manner and offers affordable solutions. His expertise and honesty were appreciated by a client who decided not to proceed with the fan install, as it wouldn't solve their issue. Spark Dr. is commended for prioritizing good service and information over profit, making them a trustworthy choice for any electrical work.
Vince came out to do an estimate on a project and out of the 4 estimates he quoted the best price. He also was professional and kind. He also has a gift for explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. Very refreshing experience. Unfortunately I had to do a significant foundation repair a month later, but plan to hire Vince as soon as I have the $ set aside.
I would definitely recommend Spark Dr. and plan to call them again for any further electrical work around the house. Vince was friendly, polite, efficient with his time, and was happy to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond, and I look forward to utilizing his expertise again in the future.
Had half my house suddenly lose power, he was able to come by within a couple hours, fix the situation, and provide lots of good safety advice to avoid my problem in a way that way easy to understand. Also really affordable, I’ll definitely call him again.
