“I visited Sanatan Golden because of a swollen knee issue due to playing basketball. During treatment he taught me so much about my body, how to help it recover faster after a night hooping, how to properly workout to alleviate my lower back and hip tightness, and proper ways to jump and land. Our treatment moved to my neck and shoulders after I was in a car accident. He gave me a plethora of exercises that not only improved my neck and shoulder mobility and alleviated pain but he taught me breathing techniques that have been a game changer for alleviating my anxiety and increasing my endurance. 6 months before meeting Sanatan I had what felt like a nervous breakdown due to stress from losing my father and work, which lead to me having severe social anxiety that hindered my life in every aspect. The test results showed mild inflammation in my upper intestines. Considering that this may have been due to stress and anxiety, I finally decided to try acupuncture. After the first treatment I was symptom free for three days. After four treatments I am completely symptom free. I see her for all kinds of health issues and every time her work makes a positive difference. Her personality may not be for everyone as she is very upfront, very honest and does not sugar coat. If curse words make you uncomfortable she may not be the practitioner for you either (or you can just tell her it bothers you and I bet she would do her best to respect that!).
