Dr. Readhead is so knowledgeable with chronic illnesses. I felt heard, validated, and loved the plan she came up with for me. This clinic is so organized, and everybody responds to messages so quickly. I am looking forward to maintaining care with FoRM Health!

Dr. Paul Molina is a magician! I am a competitive Olympic Weightlifter, I have been seeing him for a year and I would not be able to compete without him. When I first went to him I had seen a good amount of PT's and other Chiros, none of which could offer me relief, let alone an action plan. I was in a lot of pain when I started, Dr Paul is so knowledgeable he knew exactly what to do. I continue to see him about once a month because I know how valuable it is to maintain good practices and he does that for me. I honestly cannot rave about him enough!!
