I got injured which left me with pain in my knees and hips which later started to cause spasms in my lower back. I thought I wouldn't be able to continue moving as I had in the past. Nevertheless Dr. John is phenomenal!! My pain has resolved thanks to him. I'm grateful to be able to run up Forrest Park trails again thank to his wisdom and knowledge. He is the only acupuncturist who was able to get into my psoas and all those muscle deep down in my ilium and ischium with acupuncture and cupping.
