I've had a ton of acupuncture experience and Natalie is one of the best practitioners. She really seems to care and does a very thorough job. It's way more than just sticking needles in me! I see her for all kinds of health issues and every time her work makes a positive difference. Her personality may not be for everyone as she is very upfront, very honest and does not sugar coat. If curse words make you uncomfortable she may not be the practitioner for you either (or you can just tell her it bothers you and I bet she would do her best to respect that!). If you're nervous or wondering if acupuncture is right for you book an appointment, you won't be disappointed. I have never had acupuncture before and was referred by mother who is a current client. They had a cancellation and got me in sooner. The amount of time, care and attention I received was amazing. I felt very heard and understood. I look forward to my future appointments and being able to address the issues that I am experiencing.

I was recently diagnosed with a rare virus Ramsay Hunt syndrom that paralyzed the right side of my face and neck. I had read that acupuncture would increase chances of recovery by 80%. Natalie and Scott were able to get me in quickly for treatment and the results have been amazing! Natalie has been working closely with me on figuring out how to approach this virus and given me not only relief from the nerve pain but hope that I will get my smile back.
