I had an amazing experience at Float North. As a busy mom of three, this was a much-needed respite for my nervous system. Today I got an hour of uninterrupted recovery. The float itself felt so restful and relaxing, and I was able to box breathe and meditate without any distractions. It had been a minute, lol. Just what I needed. Wow! I just went to see Kimy and I do not have enough good things to say about her!!! She treats the symptoms that get to the cause and root of what’s bothering you! She is magical! She has powerful intuition and competence. Not only is she talented she is extremely warm and gentle. She is trauma informed and has worked with neurodivergent people before - I can tell by how she shows up and engaged with me (for example, telling me when she’d open and close the door, stating that she’d be asking me a question after a period of silence on the table). Other reviews have said it. Relaxed vibe, spotless facility, everything is supplied including shampoo, comb, brush, flip flops, robe, shower. Private, safe, door that locks for privacy in your self-contained salt float tank. Dani is an excellent massage therapist. Highly recommend.
