I'm a general contractor here in Grants Pass and I've worked with Eric on several projects, and also hired him to install the ductless mini splits at my own house. He has always been the most honest HVAC contractor in Southern Oregon, he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, he works fast, and is very affordable. He knows what he is talking about and will never try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend Valley Heating and Air, and refer him to everyone. For some reason it is a lot harder than it should be to find people with integrity to work on your house, and Eric is my absolute top choice.
I needed my HVAC serviced and called Valley Heating and Air. They were able to book me within days, showed up on time and serviced my HVAC and were very knowledgeable and insightful about my system. The best part was it only cost me $60 vs other companies who were charging around $130. I was v3ry impressed with them and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

This is the second time Eric and his staff from Valley Heating and Air has fixed my AC unit, and I could not be more pleased. He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and takes the time to explain what is going on.
He not only got my air conditioning working again (without replacing it), but also gave me valuable advice on taking better care of the unit.
He recommended keeping my thermostat set at 72 degrees so the HVAC system does not have to work as hard. He also advised me to leave all the vents open throughout the house rather than closing off individual rooms.
