Our heat had gone out on a cold day & with two young kids & an infant, we’re on a tight budget. We had another company quote us ~$1,500-2,000 for repairs including an annual maintenance fee. Above All was recommended to us by a neighbor. Rich was prompt in coming out to look at our unit himself for diagnosis. His tech Chris came out the next day to do the repairs. It was a minor fix, but the cost was way more reasonable than what we had originally been quoted. Honest, reliable & knowledgeable; we’ll be sticking with them for all our HVAC needs. Rich and his team were absolutely amazing. They got me the best deal out there and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. They got my unit installed in just 2 days and it works great. On top of that, they helped look at a light that was no longer working after the thermostat was put in and and fixed that in 2 seconds as well as they removed my gas line to the gas stove that I was planning on getting rid of for me. They were such a life saver and were amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone out there! You guys did great work! Thank you again! You rock!!!
