“Our project was not a large one for Brooke and Matt, but it was huge to us. We purchased a 900 square-foot, 2BR condo, and North Shore did a complete demolition and remodel for us. They did flooring, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and several custom carpentry projects, including a large banquette facing the ocean.Everything was first class. Brooke is a great communicator – she responded to every email promptly and thoroughly, and we always felt listened to and taken care of. When questions arose, we would get an email or a call, asking us how we wanted things done. Brooke and Matt would meet with us at their office or at our condo to go over details.Matt is an artist at what he does, and an absolute perfectionist. When our shower tile was halfway complete, Matt was not satisfied with how it was turning out. He had the subcontractor take the tile off and start over, and the end result is beautiful.Were there hiccups? Of course, every project has them. But the bottom line is how those challenges, surprises, and changes are handled. We always felt in the loop, and all the challenges were met with quality (and sometimes very creative) solutions.Every detail of our new place is just to our liking – we could not be more pleased. You might be able to find cheaper contractors out there, but Matt and Brooke will treat you like old friends, and will do the job as if you are family.“
