I fell in love with a big old house that had foundation problems . Before I closed on the purchase, I contacted Bergeman Construction for an evaluation of the structure. Joel gave me the bad news, but also offered a solution and a plan to make my vision a reality. After months of work, my house has been restored. These guys know their business and are great to work with. Not only did they do a great job replacing our foundation, digging down the basement, and leveling and stabilizing the old house, they also went above and beyond to help frame out the new space when my general contractor broke his arm. I'd recommend them for any foundation project.

Bergeman Construction did a job for my business. His employees were absolutely fantastic and even funny. They explained every single day what would happen next. Once the project was underway, it went very smoothly. But before the project, working with Joel Bergeman was very difficult. He’s passive aggressive and sometimes rude. We won’t work with him again as it was more drama than we needed although the project was completed. Which was fine. But his good old boy mentality wasn’t needed as we tried repeatedly to find out the scope of the work. It was such a condescending experience and left us with a not so great taste in mouth.
