Our project was not a large one for Brooke and Matt, but it was huge to us. We purchased a 900 square-foot, 2BR condo, and North Shore did a complete demolition and remodel for us. They did flooring, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and several custom carpentry projects, including a large banquette facing the ocean.Everything was first class. Brooke is a great communicator – she responded to every email promptly and thoroughly, and we always felt listened to and taken care of. Matt and crew rock! Not only did our remodel turn our beautiful, on budget and on time, but a few years later we had a trim board split and NSH replaced the board, repainted and all looks great!
