“Beach Bear Property Services cared my property and did an excellent job. it was such a relief to know it was in good hands as I live out of state. They were very conscientious about placing good tenants, responding quickly to their needs and ensuring my home was well cared for. I highly recommend them!”
“Bobby and his apprentice were fantastic! I called Fri afternoon & they came out Mon morning. They showed up early and did a lot more than expected. Bobby explained everything and made sure I was good before making the repairs. I had a leaking faucet valve and a surprise hot water valve that needed replaced. They also replaced two other supply line valve knobs and a garbage disposal, plumbed the kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks. Way more than the original ask! Bobby even came back to fix faulty drain assemblies with better gaskets. And the bill was very reasonable. 10/10”
“Without a doubt one of the best companies we have ever worked with as a subcontractor . - and we get to see everything during projects ... the good and the bad ... these guys are as solid as you will find in every respect !”
