Cowan Custom Decks and Fences did an awesome job for me, replacing a fence and building a storage shed. Amber the owner is friendly and honest, and was great in communicating the different options available, with corresponding costs. Amber and LaNae do great work, and I would highly recommend them. Support local business!!

We were in the middle of a real estate transaction and need an estimate fast. She was faster than we could've imagined, coming out to assess in less than 24hrs and receiving our quote a few hours later. Price was very fair, and she was very responsive to, and knowledgeable on, code questions where there was concern. Highly recommend!

Once contact was made, contractor stayed in close touch, working out all details and carrying out all requests with deliberate speed. Their expertise was apt for our North Oregon coastal property and they were flexible enough to take on our additional requirement of a Trex privacy fence section which was outside of their usual methods. There were minor fit and finishing issues of fence gates left to the owner. They performed all requested tasks cheerfully. Although expensive, we would hire them again.
