On Fourth of July, my air conditioning unit quit working so I reached out to advanced mechanical. Robert answered promptly and he was actually out to my house same day to replace a temporary motor until he can get the proper new one talk about ensuring customer satisfaction due to his prompt response and problem-solving, I will never go with anybody else. Used Advanced Mechanical Services to repair the system in our rental. Had other quotes and nothing could compare to the honesty and kindness Rob provided us. He didn’t try to “up sell us” anything and was very competent in fixing the repairs needed. Our system works great as a result.
