The McKenzie-Taylor crew is INVALUABLE. When the MT guys rang our doorbell after a stressful water heater flood, I could not have been more relieved. They stood behind their word to make the remediation as easy on us as possible. Polite, friendly, and professional, they handled the job like the pros they are without making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Tim, Cody, Will, and Jerry- THANK YOU!

When we had an upstairs bath leak and flood into our garage we thought we would be in for a long unpleasant experience. Luckily, we called Mackenzie Taylor and they sent Tim Moon. He went above and beyond to help get us all put back together.

March 13th, 2023We recently had heavy rains and winds so water ended up leaking into my living room from my roof.. My State Farm Agent suggested McKenzie Taylor. I called an Grace answered the phone professionally. Took my info. Listened to my situation. Had someone call me back. John called an thoroughly explained my situation of my leak completely in a way I understood after I described it. Came right out the next morning. Did a thorough survey got on the roof.
