Cascade Pump was incredibly supportive and helpful when our well froze in cold weather. While we didn't have to have them come out, we are so thankful for their assistance over the phone. We will always call them for any service / support or equipment needed.

As anyone who is trying to get services in C. Oregon knows, it can be hard to get a speedy response, even if it's an emergency. But Tim at Cascade and his crew were ON IT when our irrigation pump died, exactly on the day we had a great deal of sod delivered. WATER! We decided to replace the pump rather than wait on finding rare repair parts. The new pump was delivered and installed quickly and we got water on our new project before it was too late. Excellent response time, excellent work. I can't recommend them enough. Two other companies I contacted didn't even bother to return my calls.

This place is great! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a problem turning on my sprinklers and he called me right away and gave me directions on how do get it done. Highly recommend this place.
