Our AC went out on one of Bend’s 92 degree days. I have a regular service contract with Deschutes Heating and Cooling. Suzee was great finding a tech who could still come out the same day. Eric was fantastic and quickly discovered a capacitor blew and got it back to life. Such great customer service. Caring, timely and professional, what else is there for HVAC?
