They are fantastic! We have and older system that intimidates a lot of contractors but they were willing to troubleshoot the issue and get to the bottom of it. They fixed it during a heatwave and brought us so much relief. They even helped coordinate with a plumber on our system so that they were in the loop on what to fix. Great customer service and DH&C provided much needed guidance on maintenance options. Always on time and friendly, helpful attitude. They saved me money by telling me some of the components of my aging furnace still had life vs an up-sell. Ashlin is a great tech!
