Annual service performed yesterday by Abby. She was very thorough and checked and cleaned everything. Did way more detailed service than other techs in previous 2 years of service. Explained settings in a way that made sense. Went above and beyond what was expected.
From our first phone call all the personnel we have delt with have been competent and congenial. The technician (Jefferson)pretty well knew what was the issue as soon as he began to disassemble our fireplace unit. He also made sure we understood both the issue and what was necessary for the fix. I highly recommend them.
