He didn't talk down to me like I was stupid, instead he educated me and gave me some tips as well, and he was so funny the whole time. So Ryan thank you for your amazing and positive attitude towards a youngster like myself. I may be just starting out but I'm so glad that you talked to me like your equal and educated me on my oven more than I thought I knew. a job well done and I'll be calling in the future if anything else goes.
