Marichu provided an excellent service for me and my son during our recent visit to the optical center. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. Her service was very much appreciated!

I showed up early before my eye exam to pick out a new pair of frames. Marichu checked in with me to see if I needed any help. After I chose frames, Marichu immediately got my order started and had everything ready so that all I needed to do was give her my new prescription after my exam. She was very kind, helpful, and thorough. She taught me how to care for my glasses and avoid scratches while cleaning them. I really enjoyed talking with her! Marichu's customer service was outstanding and I appreciated her help!

Extremely happy with my experience at Kaiser Optical Beaverton. Both with the eye exam and frame selection. Thelma and Cira helped with my selection, they are both very talented. I attended the “frame fair” and had so many choices. Both ladies gave excellent feedback and spent a lot of time helping me make the final decision. Couldn’t be happier!!
