“Making an appointment online is easy but our care team is usually booked out a bit. If we need to get seen sooner, a phone call to get an earlier date tends to go most smoothly if you are lucky enough to get Kathleen. She's thorough & if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she's honest & will get you an answer even if it requires a follow up phone call or message using MyChart. Check-In process is always quick, especially if you utilize the option to Pre Check-in online. The staff working the front counter is friendly & always willing to help with additional information when needed (financial assistance forms & phone number to apply). Ryan is usually the member of my Care Team that walks me to the Exam Room & get me ready to see our PCP. He pays attention to details & always calms me (have horrible anxiety & "white coat syndrome") while taking my vitals & prepare the information for the doctor. Dr. Dunn was the 2nd doctor I saw it this location, (I didn't like how pushy a previous doctor at this location was). I'm definitely not a typical patient due to a very complex medical history. Dr. Dunn has taken over my care since moving here in 2020 & has never shied away from helping me get answers & better care from the specialty doctors on my team. He's help me build a phenomenal team of doctors & has even ordered tests to help the specialty doctors have answers when I arrive to them. That's truly above & beyond from other PCPs I've seen in the past. Dr. Dunn is close to our age, so I'm confident we will have continued amazing care for many years!“

“I had an L4-5 Fusion procedure May 2024. Instant relief from previous debilitating sciatic pain in butt and down legs. Following guidelines for limited post surgery activity and physical therapy over last summer, I have been able to fully recover to chase the Oregon Duck's band around Autzen stadium last fall and regain my skiing form over this past winter season including consecutive long days exploring some of the biggest resorts in the Italian and Austrian Alps. “I’ve come in to this Kaiser Urgent Care location several times over the last 3 years, and have never had a truly bad experience, with either the check in process, the medical professionals on call, or the quality of care received. Sure, the wait time can be excruciatingly long, but that’s not really their fault.

The lobby is clean and well laid out (compact, though) and while the waiting area is a bit tired, that’s no big deal; it’s a waiting area after all.

“I have had good care here in the past. Only problem I have is the after hour answering center place. The people can be rude for no reason and hang up on you. So you really don't get no where with them. I would go to office directly or call the clinic 8am.“

“I am writing this to recommend Natalie. I have been struggling with a re-occuring UTI for three years! I have gone through two Urologist that have not been able to resolve my problem. However, that does not mean they are not good. I have taken all kinds of antibiotics that seemingly have not done any good except to mess up my system. Dr. Paravicini decided to take my situation on even when my insurance did not cover a naturopath docter. She so graciously accepted payments from me. After reviewing my latest labwork,she informed me the last antibiotic would not kill the bacteria within my body and gave me a new one that I had never heard of.
