The staff is excellent, and providers like Kyle, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Lim are described as kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and very good listeners. Patients feel their concerns are heard, and they leave feeling empowered. Appointments are very efficient with no waiting, and the office is always nice and clean. The clinic offers great communication prior to and after appointments. Services include an onsite lab for blood work, with results uploaded into the app the next day. Prescriptions can be sent to Amazon Mail Order Pharmacy, with one arriving that evening. The quick and easy scheduling is appreciated, and follow-up questions can be asked via the app. Patients highly recommend this team for a wonderful experience every time.
Several years ago, my provider moved to One Medical, and I had to learn about a new approach to primary care. Since then, it has completely reshaped my view of medicine. I’ve recommended One Medical to friends and co-workers many times. For a reasonable membership fee, the access to thoughtful primary/family care, along with the navigation and coordination through a network of specialists, is really beyond peer for the cost.

I’ve been a member at One Medical for about little over a year. The staff is excellent, the office is clean and luxurious. I saw Kyle and she addressed all my concerns. She is kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I came feeling defeated and left feeling empowered!! I recommend One Medical and Kyle to everyone. 🥰
Amazing provider who listened to my concerns and needs. Sent over prescriptions to Amazon Mail Order Pharmacy and I received one that evening and the others 2 days later. Really great service and I highly recommend this team. Great communication prior to and after appointment as well.
