The service we received was very good and the technician took his time to find the issue of a smell coming from the ductwork and found damage to the liner and repair it in a timely manner and reassured us if there was still a problem he would come back.
Richard was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a fine job of hoping to maintain a very old gas heating stove. He resealed some gaskets for me and we will find out if I have to get a new store or not after Northwest gas comes out and check again.
