My furnace quit working. Mary, at PACE was able to schedule me a time the next with a tech. Jeff with PACE was the tech. He was wonderful. He recognized the issue, but then noticed where the hot air on my roof was coming out of the wrong place. He fixed the issue, which could have created problems down the line on my roof. Jeff--thank you for being wonderful! I appreciated you taking care of my furnace. The best!Services: Heating system repair

I called about an issue with my furnace and Jake was at my house within 20 minutes and had diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and then informed me the motor was covered by warranty, saving us over a thousand dollars!
