“I absolutely love getting in shape here. The group training sessions are fun. So much more enjoyable to work out with others. I find it gives me motivation to do more than I would do if I was by myself. I am a huge fan of the yoga classes as well. My mobility has greatly improved along with some aches and pains. The trainers are friendly and so helpful. Willing to help with any challenges or questions you might have. I was completely new to this whole gym/workout scene. I'm so happy I made the decision to check it out and try the 6 week fitness challenge. I don't want to stop now.“
