I especially want to mention my trainer, Saber. He is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to form and technique, which makes me feel confident that I'm training safely and effectively. He also knows how to push you just enough without making the workouts feel overwhelming.
What I appreciate most is that he actually listens and adjusts the workouts based on my goals and how I’m progressing. Because of his guidance, I’ve been seeing real improvements in my strength and overall fitness.
I highly recommend Saber and Prime Wellness to anyone looking for a professional and supportive personal training experience.“

I have only been with them for a few weeks and can honestly say that I have seen so much results both physically, mentally, emotionally. Even if you live 25 to 30 minutes away like myself I would highly recommend giving it a try. Right from when you walk in the doors you are treated like family and the members are all supportive. I came into this gym very unconfident and nervous and left feeling amazing. Just show up and you will be taken care of and will feel like you are part of the family.“

Owners that really understand not only physiology and exercise but have built a fantastic community around cross fit Olympic lifting and other exercises. 97 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto“I really loved my experience at OrangeTheory. The classes are energetic, well structured, and honestly push you in a good way without feeling overwhelming.
I trained with Coach Samantha, and she was amazing, especially for beginners. She is always attentive, checks your posture, explains movements clearly, and makes sure you are doing exercises safely and correctly. What stood out the most is how comfortable she makes you feel. No pressure, just constant encouragement and guidance. The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
The workouts are challenging but adaptable, the environment is clean and motivating, and the overall vibe makes it easy to stay consistent. I love that they run fun challenges too. I even won a cute keychain, which was a nice little bonus. It is a great place whether you are just starting out or trying to level up your fitness.
Highly recommend OrangeTheory, especially if you are looking for supportive coaches and structured classes that actually work.“

Gym for people living near tower hill . The fat check was done appropriately. I told the trainers I like to mostly do my own thing and they never pushed any classes on me since then so that’s the reason for 5 star rating .“

“Good space overall. But not the best corporate well-taken care of branch.
The staff are very friendly, the floor is usually clean, and weights are generally well organized. Management (specifically Velda and Kenisha) clearly care about the members and the environment.
The jacuzzi and pool are actually a strong highlight and one of the best advantages of this branch. They are well maintained and enjoyable to use. However, keep in mind that the pool and jacuzzi area is closed on Thursdays from 12-3pm for cleaning and water filtration.
That said, some equipment (especially benches) are quite old and refurbished. A few of them require plates underneath to stabilize them, which is not ideal. It also would have been nice to have specialty equipment like an SSB bar.I suppose this js due to the branch having lower revenue with fewer sales and no personal training services…
The biggest downside, however, is the change room behavior from some members. Many people do not take care of the space at all. I have personally seen staff cleaning the change room while members leave towels on the floor right in front of them. It is honestly disappointing. What school have the gone to?? Would they behave the same at their homes?? It reflects poorly on basic etiquette and respect for shared spaces…
Overall, the staff and management do their best, but the facility and member behavior hold this location back from being a great club.“
