My experience at LA Fitness was deeply touching and exceptionally positive, especially during a challenging time in my life. Erfan, my personal trainer gets 11 out of 10 for his patience and understanding my challenges. The remaining 6 trainers I see on daily basis are always helpful and courteous and so are the staff at the front desk. There is always for improvement on cleanliness of the place but it all starts with us, the clients. The same applies to re-stacking equipment and weights after using them. I have noticed it more often that people don’t wipe the equipment, they don’t wipe the floor mats after using them nor do they re-stack weights, and leave the paper towels on the floor by the machines.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Asal, my personal trainer. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Before I started training with her, I struggled with back pain, but her expertise helped alleviate my pain. In just a few months, I also achieved my goal of losing weight. I couldn't have done it without her guidance and support.
