“Our AC wasn't working properly on a Thursday. Called Harold Heating and Jamie, who's amazing, scheduled a technician to come next morning. Tristan came and explained the issue and given that unit is 15 yrs old it didn't warrant fixing so within the hour or so, Michael the owner called with details to replace, and their team installed new unit that afternoon! Can't say enough about Harold Heating and their crew. Patrick arrived first and he's exceptional. The members were John, Sean, Tyler and sorry I can't remember his name but they all worked together to get the job done. All very respectful, courteous, extremely clean, and fun. Harold Heating and staff took care of us and we highly recommend them! Thank you all for your excellent service on a hot Friday afternoon!“

“PLEASE READ if you are considering hiring this company. I am BEYOND impressed. What an amazing crew working for Kennedy’s Heating & Air Conditioning...I don't usually write reviews like this but WOW. A simple routine housecall to clear out a dryer vent ended up taking the better part of TWO WHOLE DAYS to remove a massive buildup of what surely would have been a future fire hazard. Not to be deterred, Kennedy’s technician Christian and his crew worked relentlessly until the obstruction (several years of previous owner neglect) was removed. They even replaced the old damaged vent at no extra cost. Kennedy’s went the extra mile by sending helpful, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented techs, and not leaving until the job was completely done. I know they lost money on this job, but they gained a lifetime customer!“
