I visit here often. I’m always greeted by a rather odd “staff” that always sleeps on the job. Sometimes, I notice the staff playing on the clock, but when I try to checkout, this certain staff seems to get the job done by pressing random buttons on the keyboard.
He’s a really odd fella, but he always seems to be punctual to the job (does he sleep there or something?)

The girl at the cash was super sweet. I had explained that this was my first time there with my dog at the wash. So she guided me step by step . She was very helpful and made me feel at ease.
This location is spacious and has lots of stuff. Yet, there is always something wrong with self wash station. The blow dryers does not attached properly, the hoses are leaking, the drainages get stuck. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. The self wash stations just need a little bit of investment to fix blow dryers and water supply. The rest is great!
