“Cristen and the HANDLD team did an excellent job with the condo refresh I needed. James led the project and was thoughtful, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. James painted the entire condo, patched all the holes and marks left by a previous tenant, repaired the kitchen microwave and faucet, and did a great job with the bathroom refresh caulking the bathtub and sink as well as fixing the toilet. They even tightened loose cabinet knobs and hardware throughout the unit.

James worked quickly, and everything was completed within just a few days. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the whole process. Cristen was fantastic with communication every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what to expect and what work would be done.

“Chris, the owner, and his assistant Jairo did a fantastic job regrouting and recaulking the shower stall around my bathtub. They went over and beyond, even painting over a bathtub patch which was rusty, near the drain, making it look brand new. And as I was working in my office next door, they were mindful of keeping quiet to let me concentrate. Given the amount of work they put in I find the price I paid very reasonable. To summarize: a stellar job, a friendly service and a reasonable rate. I am glad I found them, and I highly recommend their services.“
