We are extremely happy with our first, but not our last project completed by Fix-It Friend. From initial contact online, to onsite visit and estimate, to complete rebuild of front porch steps we were impressed with the professional expertise and hard working service provided by Jeremy, Jason, and Maya. They addressed the issue and upgraded our home during the hottest days of summer. Highly recommend.
A great big thank you To Jeremy for fixing a vintage steel patio chair seat that everyone said was beyond repair. It has been in our family for decades and Jeremy found a way to give it a second life. Thank You!
Outstanding customer service experience. So find human responsiveness in a world of chat bots is wildly refreshing. We didn’t move ahead with the quote for other reasons but man, if the way my inquiry was handled is indicative of how the team manages a project… I’m in! Will definitely be reaching out with my next project.
