I sent in a request and Cristen got back to me within minutes. I had just ordered a new fridge and the hinges were on the wrong side. He was able to send someone over 1hr later. Shamar was on time, did a wonderful job and made sure I was happy before he left. Excellent communication, really efficient and quality service. Would hire them again!

I have used Handld for 3 different projects and each time they were on time, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly after completion of the projects. The whole process was seamless: from requesting a quote, having the project completed to payment. Highly recommend!

Had an urgent requirement for a broken bed frame and the first thing we did was send across the pictures to get the issue reviewed. The request was handled with a lot of urgency which was really appreciated! Taire was working on our bed and the whole repair was very well executed and neatly handled! Definitely recommend Handld to anyone who's looking for a customised fix.
