“I've been doing my lash extensions at Perfection Laboratory Midtown for quite some time now, and a review is passed overdue. I keep coming back for Stela, she is amazing. My lashes last for weeks, though she is very gentle in the process, you can barely feel she's working diligently on your closed eyes. And the results are always great. I strongly recommend them, I've tried out a few lash extensions places before but Perfection Laboratory is the best out there. Hence, I keep coming back...and it's been over a year now.“

Nurse Jenay: (5⭐️) Wonderful bubbly personality. Super professional. I always have a pleasant experience with Nurse Jenay. I’ve had the Morpheus8 treatment and she makes it as comfortable as possible. The treatment itself is quite painful. But being around her positive personality calms me down. Did 3 sessions. I also got some fillers that were not as painful as I thought. It ended up being very natural.

Nurse Fatima: (5⭐️) Super professional. I’m currently doing full body laser treatment and Nurse Fatima is so thorough and makes me feel comfortable as possible in such a vulnerable state. Thankful for her professionalism and manners.

Front desk managers: (5⭐️) The women working the front desk are always so sweet. Of course this is very important since it sets the tone of the establishment. Happy to keep coming back for future appointments.

Laser hair removal: (3⭐️) I’m currently doing the two 6-session package deal and there is still hair growth. The laser treatment is not completely permanent. Some hair will grow back after six weeks or so and that’s when it’s recommend to come back for another session.

Ashley: (1⭐️) Rudest staff member. I had her for one of my very first laser hair removal appointments over a year ago and she was so unwelcoming. She was training someone and I was only told about this on the day of the appointment. No heads up. Whenever I asked questions she would give one word responses. The entire session felt rushed.“
