I've been going here since they've opened. 10+ years. Their nail techs are detail oriented, professional, friendly, and fast. Their pricing is very good for the quality of the service.

I do enjoy coming here and find the shellacs last pretty well. Although I dropped a star in this rating since my most recent visit left me feeling somewhat taken advantage of. I made the appointment on the phone and said "paint only" as I always go that route. My friend and I showed up, sat down and picked our colours. The manicurists soaked our fingertips for a minute, then snipped a few cuticles off and proceeded with the paint. At the end he dropped some oil on my fingers and confirmed with my *while still sitting that I am paying $40 today. I said it's usually $25 and he laughed and said no. Moved downtown almost a year ago and my best friend referred me this place and it’s been my go to ever since. All of the nail techs are so talented and never disappoint! I usually get bio gel shellac with a design and I always get so many compliments. Kim gives excellent customer service, def recommend.
