Our AC wasn't working properly on a Thursday. Called Harold Heating and Jamie, who's amazing, scheduled a technician to come next morning. Tristan came and explained the issue and given that unit is 15 yrs old it didn't warrant fixing so within the hour or so, Michael the owner called with details to replace, and their team installed new unit that afternoon! I never heared of Harold Heating & Cooling before until our AC broke down. One of our friend had their AC geting service by them recommended Harold Heating and Cooling. My wife give them a call and booked appointment. The owner show up and did some assessment. He give us some reasonable offer and option and without a doubt we accept their offer compare to the current sevice provider we have. They set the date for the installation. Their technician Sean Strike was really knowledgeable, efficient at problem solving. He customized some stuff for our furnace just to fit in the tight spot. They did a super clean job. Highly recommend.
John came by and did an excellent job with our older AC unit. It was quite dirty and he made it nice and clean and it was very thorough inside our furnace room as well checking on all the coils and reservoirs. Great service great price. Will use again.
