We had a leak underneath our bath tub which was leaking through the ceiling. We were terribly worried at how expensive of a fix this would be. When the gentleman showed up, we were so pleased to know the leak wasn't nearly as bad as we thought and our ceiling didnt need to be taken down. He was in and out in an hour, and no more leak. Highly recommend!
I never do reviews, but this company definitely deserves it by far. I moved into an older home that was neglected and I had so many problems with it. Floods, water issues, and pipes breaking were only the LEAST of my issues.
Speaking to Jeff who was super friendly and helpful, made me feel like I was actually taken care of and not taken advantage of. He talked me through what was needed to be done and what could wait. Was flexible on times and went above and beyond for me. The plumbers are also incredibly kind, and also were willing to show me and walk me through the jobs. I truly felt like I was taken care of and that's just something you can't put a price on!
