I’ve been going to Grotto for years. The atmosphere and service are exceptional. Livia is a fantastic stylist. I always look forward to my next appointment — especially the head massage!

I recently got my haircut there by Livia and she did such an amazing job! I would 10/10 recommend. She’s really knowledgable and took her time making sure she understood what type of cut I wanted. Nothing during the appt felt rushed and I really appreciate that.

I had to write a review to mention Macy Seigner. I was in today to get a colour before a trip and my wedding. She did an INCREDIBLE job. My hair went from a light brown to a stunning golden natural looking blonde. I cannot believe what she achieved during my appointment I am truly amazed. So talented and going places in her career!
