Very happy with our experience. Patrick helped us pick the best flooring for our needs in terms of colour, durability and budget. The install team were amazing! From removing old carpet and flooring to installing a new subfloor and gluing down the new floor and installing quater round, their work was detailed and efficient. We love our new floor, we will certainly use them again for our next flooring project.
I had new flooring installed about three years ago and unfortunately ran into quite a few issues early on. Thankfully, Patrick at The Carpet Place really took care of everything and stood behind the work. He made sure the problems were addressed properly, and I truly appreciated the level of service and follow-through.
My flooring has since been replaced and now looks absolutely fantastic—I couldn’t be happier with the result.
A special mention to Ron, who completed the installation. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. His workmanship really shows in the final finish.
