Our wiper flew off on the hwy in heavy snow and wet roads making a mess of our windshield. We stopped in at Dan's hoping they could help! And WOW did they ever!!! The gentleman we spoke with was very helpful and polite! They didn't have our wiper in stock but luckily they just replaced the same wipers on a different vehicle and still had the old ones in the garbage. The gentleman replaced our missing wiper with this other one so we could drive safely to get a new one. He didn't charge us for his time nor take the money we offered him! People like this are very hard to find these days and should be celebrated and appreciated for there kind hearts and willingness to help! So thank you very much Dan's Performance! You are good people!
Beyond thrilled with the service here! I appreciated them fitting me in and sending pics of the problem. They even gave me a loaner car so that I didn't have to miss my meetings.
