I moved to Smiths Falls about a year and a half ago, and Schur's has been my go-to shop ever since. I've bought a set of winter tires and two sets of all-season tires from them, and every experience has been excellent. They never try to upsell you. In fact, they do their best to work within your budget.
Best of all, for repairs, they give you an honest estimate, and so far they've always met it or even come in under; no last second surprises. Coming from Ottawa, it's refreshing to find a mechanic you can actually trust. Highly recommended!

I had a great lunch experience the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling faces. Even during the busy lunch rush, the service was quick and organized. The dining area was clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better.

Ben Tuck at Mini x has helped us not once but twice. Each time he has been a breath of fresh air compared to literally every single contractor I have ever encountered.
From our window wells to a much bigger (and unexpected) foundation leaking mitigation he has been fair, compassionate, dedicated, highly skilled and incredibly informative.
He does not undercut himself, but he will never gouge prices like everyone else. He will tell you how it is and give you a very fair price with incredible craftsmanship.
As a new homeowner, he was there during our scariest and most expensive moments and was always thinking about us first.

I just realized today that I had not written a review back in 2024 and 2025, after I just called them today to schedule an appointment now in 2026. They did such an excellent job with my older vehicle, regarding several issues on different fronts, and it has run beautifully ever since. They are my absolute go to place now, as my car is scheduled for its first visit in 2026. Rachel is wonderful to speak with when you call, and the invoices are clear and concise so you actually can understand exactly what parts and work was done. As for the mechanical team and the work that they did, they know their stuff. I highly recommend them!
Taylor offers excellent service and is very communicative. I felt like she went above and beyond to deliver a Sailor Moon figurine while making me feel valued. Everything was prestine and her added goodies were unexpected but so very appreciated. The last item I bought from her physical shop were Sailor Moon teas, which were quality with flavours I'd never had, and I'm an avid tea drinker. I love her shop, in both its physical form and its digital presence.
Had a couple of scheduling issues, but the service more than made up for it. Our service only included some minor repairs but the finish looks great!
Would use again for future services.
I was recently treated to a “ Classic Facial and Tired Leg Treatment “ It was amazing ! From the moment I met Jen I felt comfortable and relaxed. She explained the procedure and answered a few questions. The atmosphere in the room was quiet and calming and my fear was that I would fall asleep and not enjoy the experience. I was 100% relaxed and loved every minute of it. My skin felt refreshed and renewed and the tired leg treatment …. you have to experience it yourself to appreciate it. We women don’t treat ourselves as well as we should. We consider self care a treat - it should be a regular practice. My first experience at Blue Door Spa will definitely not be my last. I’m looking forward to booking my next visit. Thankyou Jen - and the staff at the Blue Door Spa - see you soon !

I have been going to Barb for electrolysis for a few months and am already seeing a big improvement in my treated areas. She’s very friendly and does a great job while maintaining a sanitary and relaxing environment. Highly recommend her!!!
Very pleasant experience, staff were very nice. The Audiologist was highly experienced and did a thorough examination. I would recommend them to anyone requiring a hearing exam or the purchase of Hearing Aids.
i have been there once before and was so pleased that even though i lost there card and couldn’t remember there name i just searched them out to returni couldn’t of been happier with the hair cut and was very comfortable with trusting this young lady in doing the impossible (giving me a nice haircut)
She did an amazing job on my hair! I went in for a shampoo and style today, and she was so kind to add the shampoo into my appointment. We had such a lovely conversation too. Don’t mind my hair — it always looks like that no matter what I do — but trust me, she made it look and feel amazing. 12/10, I definitely recommend her!

Verna is honestly amazing at what she does. It was my first time getting both a haircut and color, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy, while clearly knowing exactly what would work best for me.

Just a quick review to say Michelle is incredible! She did my bridal hair as well as my four bridesmaids. She did a great job executing everyone’s vision and the styles held alllll day and all night long. Perfection!

I started going to Dr.Frazer a few months ago, and am I ever glad I did. I’ve been to a few chiropractors but NOTHING like him!! He was extremely thorough, he makes me feel educated on my body, he always listens to my concerns, and follows up at the next visit to ensure it’s getting better. I could barely move when I went in the first time, my muscles were completely tight and I was struggling to work. He fixed me up in one visit and now we are maintaining! He made me feel heard and not rushed in and out, which I have felt at prior clinics!! I highly highly recommend!!!

We have been coming here for a few years for routine appointments, vaccines, and general care. Recently, my dog became very ill shortly after Christmas. Dr. Ferguson was thorough, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. She guided me through one of the most difficult times of my life with a calm and professional presence. I truly could not have asked for a better veterinarian to help me say goodbye to my girl.
We also bring our other pets here and have had wonderful experiences with the entire team. Dr. Singh has been amazing with our cat, and every time we bring in our goofy shepherd, he is treated with so much love, and plenty of treats.

I’ve only had positive experiences here. They fixed a horrific cut by another dresser (not at Precision) and have been doing my hair ever since. My hair is wild and very thick. Tammy has been absolute perfection. And ignore the review about the blowout - they do a bang up job on that as well. Any negative reviews are fake news ?✌️
