My front door deadbolt imploded and Tom fixed it so quickly, it’s way better than before, I didn’t need new keys, and the price was so reasonable. Absolutely recommend! 6 stars!
Tom is the best! We took my daughter's racing suit (which is like heavy cover-alls) to him get the zipper fixed. He did it while we waited, showed us what he was doing, gave us some spare parts and didn't over charge us.
Tom is friendly, fast and efficent!! He wasted no time getting the job done. He had to look up the key code and cut 2 keys for my boat. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you Tom!!!
